Professionalism and quality are two characteristics guaranteed by JOLAS throughout every stage of production that goes into making our children’s products. From the conception of a new idea or suggestions provided by our customers to installing and maintaining the different types of play areas.

After creating the designs, our Engineering Department begins the production process, which starts by selecting the appropriate materials. After undergoing a screening process conducted by the Quality Department, only the finest quality materials are used, and we do all of our purchasing with ISO 9001 certified suppliers.

Once the selection process is finished, the incoming materials go to the production chain, accompanied by their respective production data cards. These detailed cards contain the precise instructions on all of the operations that are to be performed, such as drilling, sanding, cutting and so on.

After all of the tasks on the production data cards have been finished, the parts are assembled into the end product.
