The manufacturing process
includes careful planning of each phase: from the moment an idea hits the drawing board, to installation and maintenance. The design and the aesthetic dimension of the game play a key role in the very first steps of the manufacturing process.
Then our Technical Department carries out the production process. First, they select the materials. Only the best materials that pass the Quality Department screening tests are used.
The materials then move along the production chain. There they are worked according to the work order and the detailed manufacturing specifications for each product. Finally the parts are assembled to create the final product.
The colors are vivid and attractive. Polyethylene boards guarantee outstanding resistance to UV rays, corrosion, graffiti, and damage due to vandalism. These do not need maintenance and are very easy to clean. Moreover, they are 100% recyclable.
